PANAJI: Goa chief minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday stated the Portuguese, who dominated Goa for over 400 years, had looted it.
“Goa was not poor, however was wealthy, and that’s they (the Portuguese) got here right here. Whereas ruling Goa for 400 years, it will not be mistaken to say that they looted it.
