BAREILLY: Rampur police on Tuesday claimed to have recovered “stolen” books from the library of Mohammad Ali Jauhar College, run by a belief headed by Samajwadi Occasion (SP) MLA Azam Khan. These books have been allegedly stolen from the 200-year-old madrassa alia, which belongs to the household of Rampur nawab. Practically 10,000 books have been “taken away” from the establishment in 2016 allegedly on the instruction of then cupboard minister Azam Khan, mentioned police.
